Your people reserve available spots. You can see what still needs help, manage signups and close tasks.
For the help you need regularly
Schedule several dates at once—daily or on selected weekdays, through an end date. Each date has its own signup, so helpers can choose what works for them.
Private, with you in control
- Email invitees verify their address before joining.
- Task locations and special instructions are shared with managers and assigned volunteers.
- You can revoke access and invite someone to help manage your Village.
A few helpful answers
Do I need to post updates?
No. You can use your Village even when you have no update to share.
How do helpers sign up?
With password access, helpers reserve using their name and email. Their signup includes a free Sendet account, and we email instructions for returning to manage their help. Email invitees verify their address first.
What happens when Pro expires?
Existing tasks and commitments remain available. You can manage them, and helpers can still claim open spots or withdraw. Renew Pro to post new needs.
